A. Just use water and cloth with a little mild detergent.

A. Approximately 6 months depending on usage

A. Before inserting innersole, clean shoes of any debris etc.
Place innersole into shoe so that it lies flat and snug. Trim to exact fit.
TRIM TOE AREA ONLY, DO NOT TRIM SIDES.
Q. Which side goes up?
A. The smooth side faces up.
Q. Do I have to put them in the fridge?
A. No. The innersoles require no refrigeration or cooling down to work.
Q. If they leak will it stain my shoes or socks?
A. No

A. No, the paste is totally inert.
